Prepared Vectis environments had no repeatable proof that real CI work runs on them: building the repository on Ubuntu, Xcode and native app builds on macOS, and ARM64 native and Electron builds on Windows.
This adds a manually dispatched
Vectis environment validationworkflow with one job per guest OS and the scripts it runs, plus the MinGit path fix the Windows job exposed. The full three-OS validation passed on Vectis runners: https://github.com/kerddotdev/vectis/actions/runs/38065344368.
