+README를 처음 보는 사용자가 순서대로 읽으며 다음 결정을 할 수 있어야 한다.
+
+- Claude Code만 쓸지, Codex도 함께 쓸지 먼저 고른다.
+- 템플릿을 새 프로젝트에 복사하는 Quick Start를 바로 실행할 수 있다.
+- Codex 사용자는 별도 CLI Setup 섹션에서 진입점과 필수 규칙을 확인할 수 있다.
