Usage of Tools repository

The Tools repository contains the main software used in ISS processing, nicely annotated and ready for the user.

Folders

• Standard pipeline: contains all the scripts commonly used in the analysis of ISS data
• Visualization tools: contains all the software used AFTER preprocessing the data, used for VISUALIZING the data
• Automatic pipenine: contains all the scripts commonly used in the analysis of ISS data using the automatic pipeline
