I love this feature of the samsung contact app.
Samsung contacts can read contacts directly from the sim card and display them in the app without the need to import them.
Furthermore you canc reate contacts directly on the sim card by just selecting the storage.
It of course just shrinks the amount of possible fields that can be stored: "Name, Phone, E-Mail".
It would be nice if this app also would allow this.
In my opinion the physical sim card is one of the best offline storages and backup plaes for such type of contacts, that i can think of.
The import from sim card already exists, it would be intersting also to allow the export to sim card.
(Shrinking the possible fields exported fields of course just to name, phone and email.
You easy can transfer important numbers over to other phones, as long the phone supports physical sim cards.
Furthermore when the phone breaks you still easily have a more or less easy to access backup medium.
