Cannot execute pod install after upgrade to 2.44.1 #1572
Description
I know this issue has already been opened for 2.44.0 here but this is also happening on our CI for 2.44.1, same log about being unable to find compatibility version string for object version 70.
Same exact issue, also I am not sure why but whatever I do I can't make Xcode project format go above 14.0, even if I try to add xcodeVersion: 16.0 in the options of the project.yml, the workspace format keeps being 14.0

Its because
xcodeVersionoption is not about project format version 😕I've submitted PR #1566 that fixes this

projectFormat support released in 2.45.0
