Show last response at the top of the compose buffer as context

I often find myself peeking again and again at the previous response. This just puts the last response at the top of the compose buffer. When the response is sent, the previous response disappears and the normal view mode is active again.

As much as I have used it so far, the resulting viewport flow is really smooth.
