Updated PHP_TAG version for Linux and macOS.

Hm, weird, on MacOS I was able to pull Tried under Linux, pulled successfully as well, without -dev suffix. But why docker hub didn't shows them, and I don't know why it is failing under GitLab CI runner. But looks like versions are correct. |

Currently, all PHP tags reference wodby/php at version 4.79.0, which does not exist, leading to an error during image pulling.
