ci: test with reacton 1.11.0 - #1213

Solara does not require reacton 1.11.0 (reacton>=1.9 stays), but a fresh install gets it, while CI pinned 1.10.3. Run the full unit and integration matrix with the new reacton before the next solara release. 1.11.0 changes how renders from several threads are handled: a state change never waits for the render lock, widget construction takes no global lock, and the render loop limits changed.
