Add missing API endpoint documentation

Summary

• Added OpenAPI specs and navigation entries for 9 undocumented endpoint groups: Trades (CRUD), Holdings (read), Valuations (create/update/show), Balance Sheet, Sync, Merchants, Usage, and Users
• Added 3 missing import types (PdfImport, QifImport, SureImport) to all import type enums
• Added missing import configuration fields (qty_col_label, ticker_col_label, price_col_label, entity_type_col_label, currency_col_label, exchange_operating_mic_col_label, col_sep, amount_type_strategy, amount_type_inflow_value) to both the create endpoint parameters and the ImportConfiguration schema
