Description

Add Whats4Linux to FOSSRadar. As part of this, create a new Social Media category for it, and Social Media/Interoperability related tags for other Indian digital sovereignty based adversarial interoperability/alternative client projects in the future.

For Project Submissions

• Repository has the topic fossradar (case-insensitive)
• Project has an India connection (founder/organization/community/contributor)
• License is OSI-approved (check data/licenses-osi.json)
• Tags are from the allowlist (check data/tags.toml) (I have modified the list of tags as part of this this, following repo conventions)
• Filename matches slug (e.g., my-project.toml for slug = "my-project")
• All required fields are filled correctly
• Logo file added (if applicable) under /public/logos/

Auto-Verification ✓
