  Found by driving the commands 2.0.0's pass did not cover: stage, apply, report, the budget parser, and the two TUI views below the overview. Three of these are a defect 2.0.0 fixed in one place while the identical one stood in another — the 80-column truncation, and the last-N-lines-of-stderr heuristic. One is a crash.
