vp migrate leaves oxnode commands and preloads in projects.

Supported oxnode commands and shebangs become vpx. Node.js commands, preload shebangs, and literal NODE_OPTIONS assignments use vite-plus/register. Custom --loader flags keep their order and paths.

The migration keeps incompatible commands and dependencies that remain in use. Existing Vite+ projects use vp migrate --full.
