Describe the bug

• Deploy latest RS_PRERELEASE OS on X64 Machine. 
• Perform Windows and Store updates. 
• Download “ExplorerPatcher” from the vendor site.
• Install “ExplorerPatcher” application.
• Launch the “ExplorerPatcher” application.
• Observe the Crash while launching the application

Expected outcome

Should be able to launch the “ExplorerPatcher” application without any issues.  

Actual outcome

Explorer.exe crash is observed while launching the application
