KB5101684 (KB5121003) causes Explorer to freeze.

Describe the bug

After installing the KB mentioned in the title, Explorer started freezing frequently.
Even after restarting via Task Manager, it would freeze again after a while. Uninstalling the KB seemed to fix it.
I hadn't stopped Windows updates, so it was reinstalled several times, causing freezes each time. I've now stopped updates.

This occurs not only in the local environment but also on the desktop accessed via RDP.

Expected outcome

Explorer (and RDP) doesn't freeze.

Actual outcome

Explorer (and RDP) freezes unexpectedly.

Additional info

Oh, github suggests "3 potential duplicates", so I will try pre-release 26100.8457.70.4 after this post.

My explorer.exe also freeze very frequently, when I click restart the task bar goes blank, run new task does nothing, and I can't even end task it...

The frequency of freezes has decreased, but it still freezes once or twice a day, so it's not completely resolved. However, security is important, so I decided to continue using version 26100.8457.70.4. Thank you for develop & support.

Frequent freezing sounds like a hardware issue.

I'm not using any other UI mods.

Also, regarding the possibility of a hardware issue, I've been able to reproduce it on 2 PCs (an AMD PC with no peripherals, and an Intel PC with some peripherals), so I don't think it's a hardware issue.

Previously, EP updates were provided relatively quickly for issues with Windows KBs, but I think this time it's more difficult.
