An automated Word document (.docx) mail merge, template management, and letter generation engine for REDCap. Upload Word templates, set up rules to decide which participants receive letters, and fill template tags with REDCap data. Review and search the queue, generate letters individually or in batches (downloaded together as a ZIP), and track generated files in the archive. MailMerge can save letters to the REDCap File Repository or a configured server path, and its twice-daily cron refreshes the queue and handles automated generation.
You can install the module by dropping it directly in your modules folder (i.e. /modules/mailmerge_v1.0.0) or install it from the Vanderbilt Repo.
