Straightforward fix for #59 and #148. C-c in normal and select mode is left bound to toggle_comments (the upstream default), so the line/selection comment-toggle workflow is unaffected.

Vim treats `Ctrl-C` as an `Esc` equivalent, but in evil-helix `C-c` was unbound
in insert mode, so it did nothing. Bind `C-c` to `normal_mode` alongside `esc`
in the insert keymap.

`C-c` in normal and select mode is left bound to `toggle_comments` (the upstream
default), so the line/selection comment-toggle workflow is unaffected.
