- Command registration auto-discovers from loaded modules (not hardcoded) - PM commands: Dragon responds to !commands via PM too - handle_command refactored to return strings (works for chat and PM) - Lasercats and russianroulette kick users via gateway API - Tell delivery and watcher notifications removed (gateway handles these) Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
