Required for capacitive touch slider support. The solver_mask property was already defined in circuit-json types but missing from the object creation in SmtPad.ts. Payment info: Wise or USDC/SOL to GKqwBPH4m6bkZj35j3WVvyJHHdUxddtmETH6ZA8W1aZH (PayPal unavailable in Uzbekistan).

Implemented solverMask support to enable capacitive touch sliders.
This property allows marking pads to be handled by the solver/masking logic.
