the in/out marker should not be draggable from the whole height of the timeline as it interferes with dragging the start of clips, instead it should only be draggable (and visible) in the row that shows the time
Fixed on main. 9be9c1c limits the in/out grab zone to the ruler row, so presses in the clip lanes reach the clips; editor-check covers it with the grab-zone-over-the-lanes mutation control. 69cceee then draws the markers only at the top of the ruler.
