Run from USB using 2fc6d8d. More complete error message from a dialog popped up:

Quick googling suggests that this error may be related to the location the .exe was built and now is being run from. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6734030/debug-assertion-failed

Since the purpose of this particular tutorial 2.2 is NOT to provide an executable file, this may be overlooked in the actual delivery.
But this might be needed for the end-of-march milestone.
