Set the CMake and vcpkg versions to 1.0.20 after the integrated source and ownership fix in #168.
This release includes desktop window/zoom persistence, channel background session switching and
/history, immediate scheduled-task execution, configurable undo/redo, recommended-question Ctrl+Enter and UI text/scroll fixes. Scope and local validation are recorded indocs/releases/1.0.20-integration.md.Validation: version-only diff and
git diff --check; integrated Web, Windows native and browser checks passed. Build the merged release commit before tagging, then require all six updater ZIPs and both macOS PKGs plus public HTTP hash verification.
