Summary
Adds a new
Treasury Ratescommunity app that displays current U.S. Treasury yields for 2Y, 5Y, 10Y, and 30Y maturities, plus the 2s10s spread.The app is intentionally separate from the existing
US Yield Curveapp: this is a quote-board style display for current benchmark rates rather than a historical curve chart.Data source
The app fetches a compact public JSON endpoint hosted on BEMA infrastructure:
https://www.bema.my/tidbyt/treasury-rates.jsonThe endpoint is cached server-side and the app uses Pixlet HTTP caching with
ttl_seconds = 300plusmax_age = 300to keep request volume modest.Validation
Ran locally with Pixlet v0.34.0:
All checks passed.
