Adds a showtimes app for Rialto Cinemas Cerrito, an independent
cinema in El Cerrito, California.

Reads the theater's public Now Playing page hourly and cycles
through the films showing today with their remaining showtimes,
one film per frame. Discounted showings are shown in green, and
upcoming one-off events (National Theatre Live broadcasts and
similar) can be flagged via a toggle in the app's schema.

No API key or account required. Passes pixlet check.
