When I set the gridster type to “fixed,” the panel at the very bottom is very difficult to move up and/or resize.

Set gridster type to fixed:
This video shows that it is almost impossible to move the bottom-most panel upward. As you can see in the video, when I move the mouse upward, the panel keeps sliding further down:

This video shows that when I try to reduce the size of the bottom-most panel, I have no way to do so gradually. In a single step, the panel is reduced to almost zero, with no option to stop the process midway:
