Add Vitest and Playwright testing setup #78

- Install and configure Vitest, @solidjs/testing-library, and jsdom for unit testing. - Install and configure Playwright for E2E testing. - Create a `playground/` directory with a Vite app to serve the component for E2E tests. - Add `test` and `test:e2e` scripts to package.json. - Add a basic unit test and a basic E2E test. - Update tsconfig.json to include test types.
