Moves the four strided revs to the merged strided-rs #292 commit so tprims and tenferro-rs share one strided source. Verified with cargo check/test --workspace and the tprims-capi C ABI tests. Refs tensor4all/tenferro-rs#2034, tensor4all/tenferro-rs#2037
