Fixes the issue where an unset
STORMPATH_CONFIG.ENDPOINT_PREFIXwould make the application to start an infinite loop when trying to login. It now emits and error and no longer ends up in a redirect loop.Also fixes similar errors for
ViewModelService.getLoginModelandViewModelService.getRegisterModel, discovered upon fixing this one for the example application used to replicate this.Fixed by introducing a new utility response format checker. Added documentation.
