Adds Scopuly Wallet to Community skills, pointing to the publicly maintained Scopuly/scopuly-skills repository. This changes only the catalog entry; the site generator includes it in llms.txt.

The skill covers the mobile dApp browser and paired browser extension through the Provider API or the built-in Stellar Wallets Kit module. It documents connection lifecycle, transaction signing, SEP-53 verification, Soroban authorization input/output formats, network changes and error handling. References are checked against Provider API 0.3.3 and SWK 2.7.0. Signing requires wallet approval.

Validation:

  • Public raw SKILL.md URL returns HTTP 200 with text/plain content.
  • npx skills add Scopuly/scopuly-skills --list discovers the skill.
  • Skill repository: metadata validation, lint, TypeScript, 15 unit tests, production build and 8 browser tests pass; GitHub Actions.
  • Catalog: npm run lint, npm run lint:ts, ecosystem-link check, 12 related tests and the full production build pass locally. Generated llms.txt contains the Scopuly entry.

The example's automated wallet tests use simulated providers. Real mobile/extension acceptance is explicitly covered by the repository's device checklist, not claimed as completed.

Thanks for this. The skill is careful work, and the signed-XDR check in wallet.ts is a nice touch.

I checked it end to end:

  • The repo is public and MIT. The raw SKILL.md URL returns 200 as text/plain. Every internal reference resolves.
  • The method names, result fields and error codes match @scopuly/signer-extension-api@0.3.3.
  • The SWK claims match @creit.tech/stellar-wallets-kit@2.7.0. That includes the built-in ScopulyModule in defaultModules() and the status-only signAndSubmitTransaction.
  • The SEP-53 digest is correct. The CAP-71 envelopeTypeSorobanAuthorizationWithAddress is in stellar-sdk 17.0.0. The v17 accessors in the helper exist.
  • Signing always goes through wallet approval. No secret key is handled.

The card conflicts with main, and your fork does not accept maintainer pushes. So I carried your commit plus one merge commit in #147. I will merge #147 and close this PR. Your commit keeps your authorship.
