Why this skill is useful

The catalog has no skill for asset price data. The data skill points to RPC and Horizon, which return raw trades: Horizon's /trade_aggregations covers one classic pair at a time and misses Soroban AMM swaps, and RPC keeps events for about 7 days. The Soroswap SDK skill covers swap quotes on one DEX.

This skill lets an agent ask for USD and XLM prices directly: current prices with a 24h cross-venue VWAP (SDEX, Soroswap, Aquarius, Phoenix, SushiSwap), OHLCV candles, Reflector oracle readings and batch lookups. It checks for an API key first and points the user to the free Discord sign-in when there is none.

Test plan

• copyValue returns the raw SKILL.md (HTTP 200, text/plain).
• check:ecosystem-links (31 entries, no blob URLs) and test:ecosystem-links pass.
• The generated llms.txt includes the new card.
• npx skills add rumblefishdev/stellar-prices-api --skill stellar-prices-api installs the skill.
