MUI - All translation files for the current "grepWin" version 2.1.12

• Also all translation files for the upcoming "grepWin" version 2.1.13
• Translation of empty strings for all language files with AI help of "Claude Sonnet 4.6"

The translation files for the upcoming grepWin version 2.1.13 of "grepWin" already contain the new string: ", %pattern% with the search pattern".

the translation files are shipped with the installer. Since 2.1.12 is already shipped, translating for 2.1.12 is useless.
So please don't make a folder for 2.1.13 but translate this in the existing translation folder.

Also don't forget to add the language files to the setup file:

As you requested, I copied all the "v2.1.13" language files into the existing "translations" folder.
I also edited and updated the "Setup.wsx" file.
