Not loading Exe

New to Github and downloaded the latest version of DSMapStudio-1.11.1.hotfix3. On the crash logs the issue I'm having is this:

DSMapStudio Version 1.11.1

Could not load file or assembly 'Andre.Native, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified.

What is this and how do I solve it?

Sounds like you haven't extracted all the files from the download, so it can't find the dlls included.
