Documents the Snyk Code framework recognition shipping in the 17 August 2026 release.

Note the two language trees: Java and Kotlin lives under
supported-languages-package-managers-and-frameworks/while Python lives undersupported-languages/supported-languages-list/. Both are the paths referenced fromdiscover-snyk/SUMMARY.md.Not included: AWS Lambda serverless support for Python, also in the August release. Its detection rules are not merged yet, so documenting it now would describe behaviour that may not ship on the 17th. It needs a follow-up PR once those land.
