standalone glossary

The glossary should a standalone prefix and postfix, i.e. it should be of the form 
```
\documentclass[mh,notes]{mikoslides}
\libinput{preamble}
\begin{document}
```
and then the regular stuff and then 
```
\end{document}

%%% mode: latex
%%% TeX-master: t
%%% End:
```
that would make it much simpler to debug.
