Root GitHub Pages hub for Sergei Shmakov's open-source projects, published at https://shmakov.tools.

The site is a plain Astro app that publishes:

• https://shmakov.tools/sitemap.xml
• https://shmakov.tools/sitemap-index.xml

npm run build lets Astro generate the root sitemap first, then publishes sitemap.xml as a compatibility alias for sitemap-index.xml. Project docs use their own *.shmakov.tools sitemaps because sitemap indexes cannot reference sitemaps hosted on other subdomains.

GitHub Setup

The repository must remain named sergeyshmakov.github.io. Configure GitHub Pages to use GitHub Actions and set shmakov.tools as its custom domain.

In Cloudflare, the DNS-only apex A and AAAA records point shmakov.tools to GitHub Pages. Each child project has its own DNS-only CNAME and GitHub Pages custom domain.
