Line 2060 calls providerSettingsSchema.parse(settings) on the persisted profile. The parse is strict, so a stored value that fails validation throws. repairProviderProfile then throws before it writes anything. The launch refresh catches that error and logs it. As a result, currentApiConfigName stays pointed at the missing profile on every launch, and repair never succeeds.
