Description

This PR implements the components for Conjugate Settings tab.

Changes include:

• Conjugate/Views/Tabs/Settings/SettingsTab.swift: Added view and associated functionalities for the settings tab.
• Conjugate/ConjugateApp.swift: Updated to support global settings.

Note: The High Contrast feature is not implemented because I could not find the color references.
