Clang-tidy Osreg_user_dir_legacy error on osapi.cpp #7677

Im getting a clang-tidy error on osapi.cpp after incomporating the last few commits into my branch #6992 , nothing i did is related to that, but im getting this error because im modifiying that file.

clang-tidy: redundant 'Osreg_user_dir_legacy' declaration (readability-redundant-declaration)
Check a pull request / Linux (Debug, clang-16)

Im not sure what to do here.
