Add geo-trax to Object tracking and Cars, vehicles & trains sections

Adds geo-trax, an open-source pipeline that extracts georeferenced vehicle trajectories from high-altitude bird's-eye-view drone video: YOLOv8 detection, multi-object tracking, video stabilization, and homography-based registration to orthophotos, giving WGS84 trajectories with speed, acceleration, estimated vehicle dimensions and lane assignment.

• MIT licensed, on PyPI as geo-trax, model weights auto-downloaded from Hugging Face
• Published in Transportation Research Part C: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.trc.2025.105205
• Released with two open CC BY 4.0 datasets: Songdo Vision (5,419 annotated 4K BEV frames, 274,190 vehicle boxes) and Songdo Traffic (~700k georeferenced trajectories captured by 10 simultaneous drones)

I have added it to two sections, as it spans both, with the wording adjusted to suit each:

• Object detection - Cars, vehicles & trains, for the vehicle detection stage
