AI Segmentation is an open-source QGIS plugin (GPL-2.0). You click a building or a tree on satellite or drone imagery and get its polygon, or draw an area and name the object to get all of them. The local mode runs SAM 2.1 on the CPU, so nothing leaves the machine. About 52k installs from the QGIS plugin repository.
