Editions support

Currently jprotoc will result in error if you try using it with editions, as I think jprotoc needs to specify minimum and maximum edition in CodeGeneratorResponse. I could try updating this, but the question is: would it be accepted and released as a new version? Or are we waiting for migration to the grpc ecosystem organization as per #231 ?

I left Salesforce many years ago. Unfortunately, I've lost all rights to publish under the Salesforce banner, and nobody else at Salesforce seems interested in maintaining my old projects.

We are currently using it in Vertx which is underneath the Eclipse Foundation. Do you think it would be possible to fork this, at least code license-wise if the license stays the same under BSD? Though maybe with Eclipse it might be a bit complicated, so maybe it might need to be forked individually. I don't know if there are other legal issues as you mentioned something about trademark or something like that in #231

I fully support a fork. I'm just not in a place in life right now to own the process of re-homing the project under Eclipse.

It's similar with Reactive gRPC.
