Add Trustabl Agent Scanner to CI

We came across your repo and we like how you've built out a team of specialized agents to collaborate on coding tasks, coordinated by a router that picks the right ones for the request. We scanned the repo, and noticed agent runtime reliability findings that might be worth reviewing.

1. [MEDIUM] Mutating CrewAI tool has no idempotency key
   File: gitpilot/agent_tools.py
   What it means: Tool name suggests a side effect (create/send/refund/…). This could lead to unintended consequences if the same request is processed multiple times.
