The ERA5 dataset available at ILAMB-datasets for relative humidity seems to come instead from CRU TS v4.03, according to the file metadata.
In addition, the CRU dataset, coming from CRU TS v4.02 has non-masked 95% values over ocean, while I believe ocean values should be masked just like they are for all other available CRU4.02 variables.
