seems like finallyDo doesn't exist in RobotPY, so I've done it with andThen and runOnce

The tests fail because it registers pcm ports 0 and 1 as already in use even though they're not, I don't have the knowledge to tackle it. Marking as ready for review since in simulation everything works as intended. |
