Adds CLI support for tiktok.search_products and tiktok.product_reviews capabilities. Updates schema fixtures, projection rules (compact table output for both), root_sources command registration, and SKILL.md documentation. Region support for shop_product_info is widened to the full TikHub list (US/GB/SG/MY/PH/TH/VN/ID).
