This software upgrade represents the first network upgrade of Regen Network, which include the release of our first ecologically focused module, x/ecocredit. The ecoredit module will allow for ecosystem service credits to be issued, transferred and retired for the first time on Regen Network. At a high level, the release will include the following functionality: - Solidification of x/ecocredit functionality, and migrating to be included in stable builds of regen ledger - Update of regen ledger to Cosmos SDK v0.43, with inclusion of authz & fee grant modules
