initial commit of `/system24/theme/flavors/system24-solarized-light.css`
hopefully will be less confusing
chore: update classes >_<
theme/system24-solarized-light.css: corrected to match palette guidelines, corrected base1, marked colors from standard palette
theme/system24-solarized.css: added

I did the other PR incorrectly; I corrected the flavor file names and READMEs in my solarized branch to match this repo's.
