[OTHER] python-prctl dependency GPL licensed

picamera2 has python-prctl as dependency which is licensed under GPL-3.0+. Even though picamera2 is licensed under the BSD 2-Clause License, this dependency might transitively introduce GPL obligations to picamera2 and code using picamera2.

Could you consider dropping the python-prctl dependency?

Ugh, how annoying, I'd never noticed. Yes, I'll get rid of that for the next release.
