removes ppc meterpreters, remove them from specs.

@adfoster-r7 @zeroSteiner, I think there is something that has to be done to remove them from the module cache .json?

You'll need to remove the adapter payloads from modules/payloads/adapters/cmd/linux/<proto>/

I don't this this is what I want to achieve, I don't want to remove support for one of those arch on fetch payloads. I just want to remove the suggestion of payloads that are not present in framework anymore, i believe this is more related to the module cache.

Release Notes

This removes some PPC Meterpreter payloads for the Linux platform. They have not been working for a while, and there are currently no plans to fix them. There have been no issues reported with them, the issues were identified internally.
