This disables a virtual USB NIC that was confusing vmware. This device allows the operating system to talk to the iDRAC. Disabling it closes down one of the ways that the operating system can make changes to the iDRAC.

There are other pathways that we need to investigate and shut down also, to make sure we retain control over the BMC.
