Describe the bug
Downloading is broken.
I downloaded 3. series to my server year ago (with ~v4 ani-cli). Episode 11 don't have subtitles so I redownloaded it with v5 of ani-cli. But it downloaded completely wrong episode (the story in video is not like in the video without subtitles).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Run ani-cli -d rezero
2. Choose 4 (season 3)
3. Choose episode 61 (that's 11th episode)
4. Compare downloaded video with real story that hapens in 11th episode

Expected behavior
Downloading should work correctly

Yes, sadly anidb uses a running index for episodes across seasons.
We partially mitigated this by introducing 0 as a special argument to range selection.
If you want to redownload all of season 3 you can now do it via ani-cli -d rezero -e "0 -1".
I'm just as annoyed as you are from this behaviour
